Description:  Chattahoochee Bay local backs toward the NS yard after picking up out of the CIRR yard. GP9 (?) 7735 has been used for about a week on the local.

Title:  Chattahoochee Bay local
Description:  Today's Chattahoochee Bay local is returning from the CIRR yard and is now picking up in the NS yard. The line to the left is the former CofG. I am facing east (toward Albany) and soon the local will be westbound toward Dothan. The track they are on in this pic is the CIRR's trackage toward Cedar Springs. The 7735 (GP9 ??) has been used on the local for about a week.

Title:  Chattahoochee Bay local
Description:  Today's Chattahoochee Bay local is returning from the CIRR yard and is now picking up in the NS yard. The line to the left is the former CofG. Description:  A hodge podge of power leads a rare Saturday run of the Chattahoochee Bay local from Hilton GA to Dothan AL. 50 carloads of coal, just behind 7 loads of export paper from GP's mill at Cedar Springs GA, from the NS at Hilton made this run necessary. And yes that is a "Home Shop" sticker on the front of the 7735 obviously placed there by an employee that is not impressed with the 7735's reliablity.
