Description:  The Chattahoochee Bay morning switch local works the north end of the Bayline yard. Seen with the normal GP38's is the CIRR 716 which left Hilton the night before. GWI is obviously moving the unit to another location (Chattahoochee Bay or Bayline??) but I don't know where. It is still wearing the paint scheme of original owner Appalachicola Northern.
